in the render there is approx 34 to 36 floor maybe 40 with undergound floors?

At last the tower has started to rise. They have reached something like the 3rd floor :)

I think that they're website has not been updated for a while. But still I'm not sure too. Btw this extract was taken from Al Qabas.

They changed the name to Arabiya Tower,

قررت الشركة العربية العقارية تشييد مبنى لمواقف سيارات متعدد الأدوار بمساحة إجمالية تقارب 40 ألف متر مربع لاستيعاب أكثر من 1000 سيارة تقريبا، وذلك بالقرب من برج العربية الواقع في موقع متميز من شارع أحمد الجابر.

وقال المدير العام للشركة مفيد عبدال في تصريح صحافي: ان مبنى السيارات سينفذ خلال 12 شهرا من توقيع العقد، وخلال فترة إنجاز مبنى مواقف السيارات الجديد ستقوم الشركة العربية العقارية بتوفير خدمة الليموزين والتعاقد مع مباني المواقف المتعددة المجاورة لخدمة مستأجري وموظفي الشركات العاملة في برج العربية الذي أنجز بالكامل أخيراً

أوضح عبدال أن التكلفة الإجمالية لبرج العربية قاربت 7 ملايين دينار ليكون علامة بارزة من علامات أحد أهم الشوارع التجارية في العاصمة، إذ يحتوي البرج على 32 طابقا لمكاتب الشركات و3 أدوار للمحال التجارية، إضافة إلى سرداب وبمعدل ارتفاع يصل إلى 150 مترا تقريبا يطل على جون الكويت.

Al-Arabiya Tower is better than AREC Tower...
