This has to be out of the ordinary!!!!!

Just after midnight on Wednesday evening, I was driving on the M4 Motorway back home from Prospect in western Sydney. I had my $2.20 ready to pay at the tolls and then, the light turned green before I had even stopped the car, securing a free ride.

$2.20 richer as a result :D

Does anyone have such tales or anything else that may be bizzare as you pass through a toll.

- Before the days of automactic tolls on the Gateway I had someone in front of me pay for me once. Didn't know the person in front of me one bit. But when I got to the toll booth the lady said the girl in front of you paid for you.
Not sure why she did it, but random acts of kindness are great everynow and then.

- Once I saw a guy in a car in front of me give a bunch of flowers to the toll booth operator and then just drove away. Didn't bother to ask what that was all about when i got to the booth.

You know you can get cashback on that toll anyway, assuming you are using a private vehicle.
