I think they have started cladding, Workers were applying some material on front side of structure, on which the layer of Paint will be applied.
Columns Of next floor are ready, many workers were on top floor, 3more floors to go .... :cheers:

Whenever I am in Islo, I see a lot of chinese roaming around like this in the city, even in Lhr I have seen many!

There are many Chinese hostels/houses on the back side of Saudi-Pak tower and this u/c building, On that section of road you'll find more Chinese walking on roads than Desis, F-7/4 is China Town.

these buildings are in a straight line which according to me does not make a good looking skyline....If 3 or 4 buildngs were at the other side of jinnah avenue then isloo skyline would have looked amazing

Finally the column of LAST floor rising. Only one floor in the centre block and then it's topped out.
