$17m deal to change Juffair skyline

Bahrain-headquartered Le Papillon Promotions has appointed Century 21 Bahrain Properties to be the exclusive sales and marketing agents for the company’s new, luxury residential development in Juffair.

The agreement, signed at Century 21’s Manama headquarters, is worth $17 million and is set to significantly change the Juffair skyline.

Under the terms of the agreement, Century 21 will be the exclusive sales and marketing agents for Le Papillon Tower, a Le Papillon Promotions Incorporated development that is set to become the tallest residential building in Juffair.

Le Papillon Promotions, a pioneering real estate development company, has many future projects in the pipeline which will give potential buyers the opportunity to invest in luxury freehold estates that will raise the bar for property standards in Bahrain.

“We are very excited about our latest project, Le Papillon Tower, which has already garnered much positive attention,” said Abdul Wahed Al Kooheji, CEO and vice-chairman of Century 21 Bahrain Properties.

Le Papillon Tower, situated in Juffair, is set for completion in 2007 and features state of the art amenities and facilities for its residents.

30 is good...Very good for that area....Cuz we want taller buildings, but not too tall, so that it doesn't totally stick out...So 30 stories, that'd be about 110 m probably..

Under the terms of the agreement, Intec Bahrain is responsible for all of the architecture and design surrounding Le Papillon Tower. Intec Bahrain, established in 1978, encompasses the Intec Architecture and Studio Branch and is part of a network of offices that extend into Europe and North Africa. Intec will also liaise with Best Italian Interior Design (BIID) for the Building Interior Design Project. Felipe Yofre, Senior Partner and his Intec Bahrain team are looking to set new standards with their design and architecture plans for Le Papillon Tower.

Tallest Juffair building on way

MANAMA: A Bahrain-based company set to build the tallest residential building in Juffair has appointed an International Spanish engineering and construction company and a Bahrain-based architecture design firm for the Juffair project.

Le Papillon Promotions, developers of Le Papillon Tower appointed Edicomsa International for construction services and Intec Bahrain for architecture and design.

Edicomsa International, which has its global headquarters in Milan, Spain, recently established Edicomsa Bahrain in Manama.

Intec Bahrain will liaise with Best Italian Interior Design (BIID) for the interior design of the building.

"We hope to raise the bar in terms of cutting edge design and interiors in the Kingdom, through Papillon Tower," said Intec Bahrain senior partner Felipe Yofre.

Le Papillon Promotions partner Berri Mohammed Boucif said the aim was to offer prospective buyers the best in quality construction and design, as well as state of the art amenities. The tower is due to be completed next year.
