Anybody have any info about the future Long Thanh International Airport outside SG? I heard it will be huge with cap. up to 11 million passengers

I think it's just a proposal, a very early stage of proposition.

well the proposition is goin pretty far cuz the metro is planned to extend to long thanh... anyways. wut is 11 million compared to other international airports?

hey, I think there's a mistake here man, cause Long Thanh international airport will have the capacity to handle 100 millions passengers/year, not 11 man!

let's just hope it won't be in the same situation as the new bangkok airport

That's the new international terminal currently underconstruction, it is right next to the current Tan Son Nhut terminal. The total project's cost is around ~$250 million only

I dunno if there's any corruption in Bangkok's new terminal project or not, but the airport looks great!! and massive!! THEY BUILT EVERYTHING AT ONCE.

Long Thanh i think they'll begin with the landing strips first.
