Wow the buildings are all so uniformly biege-white. It makes the buildings look like one big mass. Anyhow great photos. I love the 9th photo.

You would think Aventura is urban with all those high-rises but it's really not.

Aventura is basically just like kendall except it has cookie-cutter 25 story towers instead of cookie-cutter single-family homes and townhouses.

All the high-rises are basically little gated communities too, you have to use your car to drive everywhere. The traffic can be just as bad as Kendall especially on biscayne blvd near the aventura mall.

But it is a very pretty area if you like a suburban lifestyle and it's a lot more affordable than Miami Beach and a more central location being on the county line. You are a half hour away (if you drive from 10am to 2pm and from 8pm-5am that is) from anything you could possibly want to do in Dade or Broward.

Nice! The Golf Club Towers are great pieces of 60's architecture.

DON PACHO :cool: , you the man :righton: , Great pics again from a high rise just completed next to its twin tower almost completed in beautiful Aventura :applause: , very nice !!!, in the second pic is where a water and sewer station right in the middle surrounded by trees to keep hidden from the rich condo residents. Its to the left of that Guard house entrance with the divided road leading into the condos and the white parking garage there is in the back of the water and sewer station, Fantastic Picture, thanks again Don !!! :banana: :cheer: :pepper:

Aventura was awesome and mind blowing.

Def, one of the best cities in Dade Co.
