this new building in Hanoi, could some one get more snapshot of it from the ground?

I don't have any pic of this one. However, I know a sad story related to this building. The initial proposal and design was for a highrise (I believe somewhere around 20s floors). In fact, the concreate base for a super tall building was finished when the city of Hanoi decided to block the project because of complaints about it destroy the appearance of Hoan Kiem Lake surrounding area (the case of this building set the city standard for building height limitation in downtown area). The project was delayed for maybe.... I don't know exactly.... something like 10 years before it was finally finished.

somehow I think they did a good thing with this building and not build a 20 storeys

very interesting, i used all the time i was at hoan kiem to ask myself about this project, hopefully they didn't build a cheap 20 storey tower...
