Three of South Florida's most prolific developers have joined forces to build Trump Hollywood, a 200-unit luxury condominium on the beach in Hollywood where prices will start at $1.6 million.

The 40-story contemporary glass tower, which will rise on a 5-acre parcel at 2711 S. Ocean Drive, is being developed by Miami-based The Related Group of Florida Inc., Boca Raton-based Ocean Land Investments and New York real estate mogul Donald Trump.
