i went to riyadh and i was amazed at how big it was, other cities in the region dont even compare to it. the biggest thing i noticed were the large houses and palaces, i was amazed at how rich the city is. Dubai houses are very small compared to the ones in riyadh, i was wondering do you guys have any photos of residential areas of riyadh?

as other say houses in riyadh biger than any city in kingdom saudi, many rich familys there
reicntly here in jeddah you can see string houses like devil ,mickey , dracula house and they say in the bored in front(dont shot pics, that shape right reserved for ouner)

amazing houses, you would rarely find these types of houses in the west, but we have tons of them here in the Mid-east. i just love the designs we have here

In fact, it's also the same in Oman and UAE. The quality and overall structure of houses in the entire Gulf region is the best in the world in my eyes. Gulf citizens build their houses as BIG as they can. My Omani friend said that they need to build their house big because it's their culture that extended family live together.

Even in the fanciest district of Kuala Lumpur or Singapore you won't find such great homes :D

Those houses in post #4 are regular, you see them everywhere...some are 10 times bigger!

True, I was amazed when I came to Canada and saw manor homes, which I've never heard of before. where they throw their parents when they get tired of taking care of them. :ohno:
