The cold doesn't make it look depressing at all.
Amazing pictures though. I really enjoy more looking at pictures of people, instead of looking at pictures of buildings. :)

Just before I left which was about 2 weeks ago, I saw scaffolding hugging the parliament structure, so it seems like work is taking place.
