A group of Qatari investors is doing site research for four splendid towers. The impressive-looking edifices are a joint effort between Catalonian compadres ADD Xavier Claramunt and BOMA. The towers will house a combination of offices and hotels, and we are particularly keen on the one pictured above. If all goes to plan, building work will kick off next year, with the towers ready two years later.

very impressive. i'd love very much to see these towers being built either in lusail city or al-wa3ab city, or in salwa road, or even in any diffrent part of doha, rather than west bay area. this way, w'd have few towers standing in major areas of doha, instead of being concentrated in one area.

Why salwa? this street sucks really bad. And I thought that wa3ab is gonna be like a residential area. And I thought that all this projects are being built in four different areas of the west bay!!

why salwa road? very good question. i'm talking about the ramada junction of the road, where all these restaurants, cafes, shops, malls & posh residential compounds are located.

a study by al-emadi comapny, who owns most of the properties at the location, concluded that around 40 new restaurants, cafes & side-walk cafes will be built there, especially when 2nd phase of salwa internationa road is finished, which w'd turn the area into a centre of entertainment, hang out & tourist attraction.

by now, you can see the development is taking place in the area already (e.g suhaim bin hamad road, al-mana towers, ramada hotel expansion & la cigal hotel) so, building those towers mentioned above in salwa road w'd be such a strategic career & development step.

wakrah i cant agree with you more. That place, around ramada junction, has some much potential to be better. It will sort of be doha's main cafe and resturant spot.

i love the design, but i believe they will look much more better if they change their colour ,coz they look like a rusted iron towers :) unless this was the main point of the design
