this is one of the best news i've ever heard for such a long time. it's about time.
i guess this is one of the benefits of joining WTO. anyhow, no details has been given yet, so let's wait till we read 2morow's newspapers.
although the image still unclear, i mean, will they allow other companies to enter the market to operate mobile phone service only, or companies who'd run all the telecommunications services (fixed phones, internet, mobile..etc). and what Q-tel's role would be in this whole matter? will it be providing the same services, or supervising & managing the whole matter? hopefully the latter would be in the hands of the Suprem Council of Telecommunications.
