I think it would be cool to use this thread to post updates on the Museum Plaza from now untill it breaks ground.
I will be going to the exhibit sometime this week, and will try to get some picture of the models if they allow it. I will post those in here as soon as I get them taken.

The copyright is from the photoshop batch frame, i took the photos but i'm not trying to take credit for the exhibit. The when i batch frame the photos the copyright automatically gets created too...

I like the pic from ... South Louisville bc it shows a diff perspective of the building in the city..i think it fits in better..

Thanks soul for opening this thread, if you look at the model Museum Plaza doesn't look nearly so isolated from the north, from all other angles it will fit right in.

I would never have had the chance to visit the exhibit myself.
I agree about that view from the south. It looks really good. The day after the renderings were released I was coming north on 65 and picturing about where MP would be, and I have predicted that it will look AWESOME from 65 heading north and will actually make the skyline appear much fuller and extensive from that angle.

Thanks for posting these great pics.
Im guessing you went to the exhibit--what was the context for this photo? What were the organizers trying to illustrate with it, any idea?

those were all the models that they worked on leading up to the final product...according to the woman there. i'd say there were about 150-200 models on that table....maybe a little more.
