Whoa!!! it's such a good news for today, another project at soi 8. Well,is this the last piece of land in soi 8?

is it the land plot just behind Siri10 condo (soi10)? i remember seeing an old house on the look-abandoned land about 1-2 rai size there.

18 storey not too bad, at least it will add up the sukumvit skyline..

oh I like the name :D like "The Fifth Element" or the sexy Borg "Seven of Nine" :colgate:

Good density in that area now. Too bad many of those residentials look quite bland.

and this one will surely "blend" well with them...:hilarious

18 storey is too short for the area, we are not gonna be able to spot it in far distance and it will be blocked by other buildings.
