Based on the diagram posted by Traynor, Tower C retains the same diameter until ~360m, so I'd assume this is the final height of the occupable floor. OR it could be defined by the highest skybridge between Tower A and C. OR else :)

Officially it's not a spire but Tower C and there will be at least some restaurants in the skybridges so it can easily contain some office spaces

Why would cranes work if it was on hold? The only problem with the diagrams is that nobody has bothered himself to refresh them.

They just recently resumed construction. It's not going slow, it was on hold.

In the last pic, Were those core forms already lift? If not that means they're going upwards again :)

They have recently poured some concrete on top so maybe it indeed rose a bit. Not sure though, can someone from Moscow clarify it?

WOW! Moscow's construction stats are lookin' chump! Didn't they start this thing like 4 years ago? On a more positive note, it's gonna look amazing once complete. As well as the surrounding projects.

FT started in mid 2004. West tower finished in '08. The taller East tower didn't really get going till '06 I think. But yeah, this one sure has taken a long time.

But it'll be worth it.

London is rather non-continental Europe and is used to be not typical and misfit in many ways. As it comes to Paris, it got small skyscrapers which do not protrude to be an eyesore on the horizon, well, except for the Tour Montparnasse. These Moscow skyscrapers do not stand even close to any of the Stalin skyscrapers neither in the sense of style and taste, nor to their overall capability to blend in the surrounding Moscow. These skyscrapers look way too American, they would make a lot of fuss in Texas or even in New Jersey, but simply nothing is compared to stylish old and beautiful Manhattan and Moscow stone gothic skyscrapers.
