Plain and simple. Its roof seems to be inspired by something European.

Looks a little muddled. The style of it just seems to have no rhyme or reason, and it doesn't even look that good. It looks confused, and some of the details are oversized for the building IMO.

8.5 Great building. Blue glass is beautiful. Nice cutaways as it soars to the sky... the top is incredible.

Sometimes I like this one and sometimes I don't... That's why I give it 6.5/10!

This ugliest highrise in Rotterdam makes absolutely no sense in relation to its surroundings and just stands there exhibiting itself as an embarrasing mindless combination of shapes.

8,5/10 I like the colurs, the roof and how they did that with the windows but, in deed, it is too short (like many dutch skyscrapers :( )....

No way. :) It's a nice looking tower, but the design is hardly anything new, and it lacks the awesome height and presence of certain other skyscrapers - SwissRe, 1 Canada Square and Commerzbank, to name a few.
