It was a really good idea Christian, it looks cool! :) I need to draw some more buildings, there are some more u/c ones here in Sweden (btw - you have forgot the info for Svea Torn, no 1 from the right ;)) I maybe should have made the shape of it in a more light grey, it looks a bit dark compared to the others.

ehe, we drawed this in scale 1 pixel = 1 meter, and that is detailed enough for this time, i do not have time enough to draw it more detailed, because i've been working on this one for 3 week-end now. Anyway, a construction diagram need update every month or so to make it good, so thats another reason to not draw it detailed enough.

Maybe if some other people drawed it could be possible with more details and better updates, but for now will keep it as 'simple' as this. I think this is the most detailed construction diagram which exist today! ;)

Btw, everybody can draw, just send the drawning and the information ot me!

Yes, we missing some from Sweden, but we're missing many from Riga. The problem is that i can't find any web cameras, or construction images which is newly taken (last 2-3 months), so thats why i don't have anything from Riga yet.

Voups! I will add Svea Torn information to the diagram as soon as possible, btw, can you link me to the information source somewhere, i lost it silly me! :D

Dominating? Not by much ;)
And not with the amount ;)

Certainly not most buildings. Vilnius alone has more high-rise buildings U/C than we see in all this diagram. ;)

your right, by the amount Riga is dominating... though they are not much to look at :)

Well, maybe I was too fast with saying that more than whole list but there are currently ~14 high-rises U/C in Vilnius. :)

Yeah i know, and i was looking for construction images dated after december, but didn't find one single, thats why they didn't make it to the diagram.

I would like to update the diagram, but my spare time is getting few, any my next days will be wors been Russ, having a lots of exames and full day test, and having job at the same time! So i will see what i can do!

@ch1le: At your request I've tried to make a list. There are 20-30 projects with 12+ floors in Vilnius U/C. It's hard to say exact number.
Information taken from tinkle.miestai.net forum and developer websites.

1-2. "Vetrunos" 24 and ~16 floor office high-rises (also known as registru center project)
3-4. "Vilnius gates"
5-6. Two 23 floorers near press house
7. 17 floorer "hanging gardens" project
8. 16 floorer mixed use at zirmunu 70
9 16 floorer residential by "Skala"
10-11. Two "alsvos" highrises (13 and 16 floors)
12 Helios 27 floorer
13 BCC2 12floorer (it's probably finished but not officially opened yet)
14 Vyrokas 23 floorer (is it really U/C?)
15-16. two 12 floorers "Savanoriu namai"
17-18. two 16floorers at "Linksmasis" quartal
19-25. "Perkunkiemis" six or more 12 floorers
26-27. Two 16floorers at Zavalgu street
27-X. Projects which I missed (e.g. maybe "kvartalas prie savartyno" (ugliest project ever) has some high-rises U/C yet)

Soon construction works of Telecom and Hansabank towers will start too.

Some of projects which I listed are big new quartals and it's hard to say from one big construction site if one or another highrise is U/C or not. For example:

(c)Geex

Vilnius has biggest number of high-rises U/C but they are not as tall as in Riga, e.g. Gatis mentioned that Riga has eight 20+ floorers U/C while Vilnius has only four. Also design of most high-rises in suburbs of Vilnius is much worse that projects of Riga, there are few exceptions but just few.

Are you sure that Vilnius has got that many 12+ floorers u/c? Emporis.com lists 12 of them.
I updated data from Riga in Emporis.com - there are "only" 17 highrises under construction, 6 with 20 and more floors. Two "Solaris" highrises are formally completed and in reality - they are still doing the final works - that's why the numbers given here differ from results in Emporis.
If we speak about buildings to be started any minute, Riga has got the following:
Kipsala highrise district
All the activities stopped while waiting for last formalities. In this year possible start of 6 new top class highrises there at least:
- Vertikala pasaule I - 33 fl (should be May)
- Vertikala pasaule II - 27 fl (should be May)
- Da Vinci - 26 fl (May)
- DAM Properties - 25 fl (autumn)
- Hanner, two highrises - unknown (late autumn)
Several more are under preparation, might be started even in this year.

District near Sampeteris in this year will get three more new highrises rising:
- Panorama Plaza III - 30 fl (May)
- Panorama Plaza IV - 25 fl (autumn)
- Remtes Str offices - 26 fl (May)

Lucavsala in this summer shall start developing too:
- Lucavsala residential I - 28 fl (June - July)
- Lucavsala residential II - 24 fl (June - July)

There is possible start of one more 20+ building in Skanstes Street area and something could happen on Krasta Street too.
If only those vicked bureaucracy games will not stop those ideas.

^^^ emporis.com is not reliable for Vilnius (and actually it was never reliable). I'm sure that at least 20 buildings with 12+ floors are U/C in Vilnius at this moment but I can't give exact number.

There are also more buildings in Finland U/C.

Panorama Tower, 73 m, 16 floors
Reimantorni, 65 m, 16 floors
Jumbo Park, 60 m, 13 floors

and at least one 12 floors building, Tampella's Residentaltower, is U/C but it is not in SSP.

Some should uptade Skyscraperpage diagrams too.
