I was discussing with another forumer about this on the HK travel advisory to the Philippines thread. There are actually alot of countries worldwide that have travel advisories by either The United States, United Kingdom or Australia.

These travel advisories differ, from maintain a level or caution / alert, reconsidering travel and not travelling to that country at all.

Here are some info,

^ I don't pay too much attention to them. For example, the US has a "travel warning" for Lebanon, which is even more extreme than just a travel advisory, and I've been to Lebanon several times.
I just think you have to make your own decision about what place is safe to go, based on all the information you have about it. Lets just say I'm not going to Iraq anytime soon!

True. Alot of these countries have imposed travel advisories to places like Bali for example but still, alot of foreign tourists flock to the place!

Dude he does have a point. Opinion ko lang pero iyong post mo in another thread damages the image of the country that tries to improve itself. Hindi lang naman kailan gumawa ng hilo na especial lang para sa pilipinas. Sana naman bago gumawa ng hilo isipin muna kung meron makaka-buti ba o hindi. Mas lalo na ikaw rin ay isang Filipino.

Half pinoy lang ako. Pero I always put Hong Kong first in identity since I was born and raised there.

Well may point ka rin pero yung napaka reactive lang yung iba.

I do not care if you are half or not you can converse and understand in Tagalog and you are still Filipino. Let us just be mindful about issues such as this. :)
