So the Big Ten is ready to "lock in" to one city, Chicago and Indianapolis, for the next five years of its mens basketball tournament (the womens tourney is up for grabs, too).

Two questions come to mind:

1. Do we care if Chicago is the winner here?

2. Which city is favored and why?
