Chennai has been facing this problem for a long time.First of all clean up that dirty river or drainage.You cannot have food in chennai central due to that constant stink in the air,any outsider coming to chennai for the first time by rail will get a bad impression.Something which even chennaites have to agree here,no point covering up the truth...That covum is bad and requires a huge makeover.

No all those are on OMR, between Padur and Kelambakkam. The white/yellow is Mantri, the others are Jains and Purvankara. The one beside mantri on left is ETA project I think

There is a temple at the hill top. So there is a path(not road) to the hill top from the GST. The path is fully rugged. Can go in two wheeler.

Look at the litter near the water body! No one to clean? This is how TN eventually loses every precious water body it has and later bugs neighboring states for more water. TN needs to learn to save its precious water bodies first.

Murlee, those pics from Daniel and the picture of Marina are extremely beautiful. Chennai is such a beautiful city. I love the beaches especially. Marina, Elliots, Santhome, Golden, Mammalapuram etc.. You guys a very lucky. Please protect them and keep them clean!

^^ha ha ...that fellow probably forgot he was wearing a helmet. I've noticed this posture is quite common amongst bikers who dont wear helmets due to the reflex evasive action taken by rider to prevent damage to his eye while driving at high speeds.

I travelled recently in Fokker 50, it had similar view of wheels from window. Got confused with ATR!! Since we don't have Fokker in Chennai sky.. it should be Q400.:)

I was coming from Anna Arch side and had to go to Hotel Shaan on PH Road on the Nort side.

A big Chakkar. I had to climb up the flyover to Arihanth tower Junction and take Vadapalani Anna Nagr stretch and go upto Shanti Colony and take an U Turn and come back to Flyover at ground level and take left turn to the hotel.
