This is what i found on the InterNet. Unfortunately there are no further informations, seems to be an older project/suggestion. The planner/architekt is James Rossant.
hsark March 8th, 2006, 05:40 PM woah! that looks tooo class shame its old :( but i've got a new development up myselves for nigeria all i can say is its new high-rise buildings in lagos(near the sea just like urs) will post it tomz :)
Matthias Offodile March 9th, 2006, 11:35 AM Ouuupss, are you sure that will be in Lagos Nigeria and not Lagos Portugal? Such a project would be a revolution for Lagos. I cannot imagine that....
Hsark, I am eagerly awaiting your project posting.
skipperBill March 9th, 2006, 03:55 PM Wow... is this to be built for sure?

I donīt think that this project will ever be realised cause in my opion there are still too many buisness districts in Lagos which have enough potential to be re/developed. If Abuja had not been built this could have been a solution to create a district of prime importance. But to be honest I have no further informations about it yet. I can asure you that this project should be in LAGOS/ NIGERIA. :)
You are to blame March 10th, 2006, 03:38 AM so ArtHabitat is this project dead, on hold, or likely to be built?

to me it seems that this project is just an old concept which will never reach implemention.
Oba May 13th, 2007, 12:24 AM I saw this somewhere online. When did he come up with this design? How much is it going to cost? There's a growing appetite for Public-Private Partnership. Some Nigerian billionaire may snap it up. Just imagine owning this much prime land off Lagos Island and Ikoyi in the lagoon! That much land... you can easily make $5-8 billion.

Bang look at that!!
Jim856796 August 6th, 2007, 03:49 PM Two supertalls may be built on this Island City concept. I don't know what the brige portions of the city depicted in the renderings on Arthabitat's post represent.
qymekkam September 6th, 2008, 08:05 AM ive never heard of this
