At 210m high CRC Tower effectively became the 5th tallest completed highrises building in Bangkok. CRC tower has total office space of 63,000 sqm. The 53 storey tower is flanked by two smaller office towers at the All Seasons Complex, M Thai Tower and Capital Tower (35 storeys each). The combined floor space for the three buildings is 93,000 square metres.

The other towers at the All Seasons Place complex, All Seasons Condominium and the 5 star Bangkok Conrad hotel are both under construction. All Seasons Place represents a total investment value of 20 billion baht (approx. $US500 million), and is considered the largest single investment in Bangkok in the area of commercial property development. The project was developed as a joint venture between the M Thai Group and Hong Kong based China Resources (Holdings).

7. the top doesn't suit well with the rest of the building

IMO, it's one of the most beautiful skyscraper in Bangkok. 10/10

Also....This project has the most expensive office rental rate in Bangkok CBD distric__and what's great is It's now closed to fully occupied.:D

I love the crown, especially at night. There is something very Asian about it. The body is a bit chunky though.

I get tired of all the green glass. green is a fresh color, yes. but if you use too much perfume, I cannot call it fresh anymore. problem with many asian scrapers.

isnt that great?? ;) better than those boxy scarpers which looks so boring and nothing special at all, the new generation skycsrapers looks like rockets or wave shapped or skyscrapers with a big hole in the middle or some other weird twist :) thats awesome.......... anyway it looks much better than tokyo city hall I think :)

I just love it at night!

Still remember seeing it for the first time. It was night and I was on the skytrain platform. Its spired top with the 'soft' blue lighting just seemed to punch the sky in a very calm and exotic manner... :cool:

A big, imposing building that towers over its neighbours and forms a great pinnacle for the skyline.

Shape, colour and facade are all nice, and it has a good crown that tapers well.

The building looks great at night.

All in all, a surprisingly good skyscraper ... one of those "hidden gems" that I find on this forum from time to time.

i love this complex! 8.5/10

One of the best examples of post-modernism I can think of. Classy cladding, neat, slightly futuristic spire, but not tacky at all (imo). The complex as a whole works well and it is rather spectacular at night too.
