i agree. how will it blend with the buildings surrounding it? i like the design, just dont see many brick buildings in sandton if my memory serves

Nah I don't think it'll stand out at all. There might not be many brick buildings in Sandton, but I don't think this building is so bricky that it'll look weird..

Anyway.. I kinda like the design.

The reason it's different is because they're two buildings - the one is 13 floors, and the other is 15. If you look at the render Pule posted, you'll see how they both fit in to the whole complex. It's pretty cool I think.
