Rivkin March 16th, 2006, 05:49 PM Well, good news from Tartu. The construction of "Tigutorn" began yesterday.
It'll have 23 floors(complete height will be 83m with spire), 85 apartments(building has mixed useage though), 140 parking places. Construction takes 2 years and will be much more expensive because of its architectual peculiarity ;). It will be completely monolithic concrete structure, 7500 cubicmetres of concrete will be placed.

Rivkin March 17th, 2006, 09:26 AM BTW, there will be an observation deck on the top. If you look carefully at the top of the tower, you can guess easily why does it bear such a name- "Snailtower" ;)

Well, I admit. I was too excited that day, so I changed the title in first post but I don't know how to change the main title(maybe someone can help?). I turned Turning Torso into TT in title because Tigutorn means TT aswell. So, the new title is not completely wrong though ;)
