...and these " twin cylinder-shaped buildings " are from the decade of 70 , being some of the first buildings in that neighbourhood !

Lots of residentials! I had not seen this part of Rio. thx. :)

yeah, Christianmx, most of these buildings are residentials, but in Barra there´s also many, many Malls, Shopping Centers, and Office buildings, too ...e.g., the last red ones are just office-buildings...the one with the Statue of Liberty is a Mall, etc...
