the davenport strip has Yossi's, Hemmingways, Zuntra, Euforia, the NSA and Herbet galleries. and 3 new places underway. It aims to compete with florida road, but not be commercial, so no franchises allowed! it will be a melville in a way.

the parking is underground, great views of the harbour and city. Sales thru Seeff Glenwood

Still dont like that area, studying there most of the time, very boring area, apart from Davenport Center there was nothing much, then there was always the occasional visit to BURN (why did I go there?)

the area is really taking off!! go there on a wed or fri and the places are packed. Yossi's has great live bands and jazz. NSA is now opening in the evenings and serving meals. they also have plans to open a massive cultural centre in bulwer park and make it a major cultural hub.

Will find out exactly who is dealing with this development, i was sure it was seeff!
