It's a stunner. Although i like the inside more than the outside. The inside is more conventional and the outside is, um, out there. They call it the donut - lol.

Actaully, i received those photos recently in an e-mail. There were more stunners in the series. I can't find them now though. :bash:

Been there, the outside at first has you thinking WTF is that? Inside, it's disappointing, just another stadium, but the outside is well funky.

it seems very cosy? right close to the action.

The inside isn't dissapointing, it's exactly what a stadium should be, maximum seating, as close to the game as possible. What do you expect to see inside?

Awesome venue, seats 69,000 people.

Munich people call it "Schlauchboot" which means the inflatible raft, I guess we would say the rubber dinghy.

It's disappointing cos the exterior is unique but the interior could be any stadium. It doesn't carry across.

Still a great stadium though.

Yeah but that's the norm for a proper Football stadium.

It is state of the art and i for one would rate it as one of the top 3 in el muno. Bring on the World Cup!!

lol - the Schlauchboot ("inflatable raft") . But "the donut" has a better ring (groan) to hit...

Have any of you guys seen this place glow up at night? It beats the art gallery any day. I would post a pic if my computer wasn't so damn slow...
