Thanks pierre! I like the design except for the trees sticking out from the building...looks uneven.
ZZOOzzoo March 31st, 2006, 05:10 AM So THAT's what Boutique Monaco was! Every time I saw "teaser" advertisement of it, I wondered what the hell it could be. o_O
Anyway, I think it looks nice. And it should be damn luxurious too, right? I wonder those small skygardens will be a part of common property or just privately owned by respective owners.
Double k March 31st, 2006, 06:18 AM wat's its function/use is it just an another office building in gangnam??
Double k March 31st, 2006, 06:23 AM it would look nice if tall office buildings weren't just clustered in a straight line across Teheran-ro but clustered around it so the skyline looks more dense...........
Mosaic March 31st, 2006, 03:51 PM very interesting and beautiful building but it's just a bit too short.
ginkobed April 3rd, 2006, 09:57 AM it'll house some of the most expensive apartments. i visited the "model house" before - they're more like those loft style apartments in soho, nyc.
mookiecece April 12th, 2006, 12:52 AM Is this building located on gangnamdaero? I think I've seen the construction site before.

Ellatur April 24th, 2006, 09:36 PM ^totally agreed
i remember some buildings named with some punnish korean and it wasn't bad at all
mookiecece April 25th, 2006, 01:39 AM I agree those supposedly luxrious sounding names are annoying. You'd think everybody is a king or queen in Korea cuz they all live in such such castles.
Off topic, but I also hate how they use retarded phrases like ÇÏÀ̸®ºù, À£ºù without knowing their meanings. I mean, nobody smokes herb there, so how the fuck you gonna live high? Maybe they do sell weed and I was missing out? :D

waterloo April 26th, 2006, 03:12 AM Chek out this article I came across at Naver.
건교부, 200㎞ 주행가능 고속도로 연구 착수 (http://news.naver.com/news/read.php?mode=LSS2D&office_id=001&article_id=0001281241§ion_id=103§ion_id2=240&menu_id=103)
Where is the love for native Korean language? Also, these English words are not even gramatically correct.

Jim856796 January 27th, 2009, 07:43 AM The Boutique Monaco was actually completed last year and it's been three years since the last post on this thread. And it has won the Emporis silver skyscraper award. Here's a link to an image of the building on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ehrgeizier/2741544900/
