32 story 367' mix use tower that will serve as the international headquarters of the Dynetech Corporation. Project includes:
150,000 sq. ft. office space
145 residential apartment units
9,000 sq. ft. retail and restaurant space

Very nice design,especially the top.
The base could fit better with the rest of the structure IMO.

Maybe when I get back around December, it'll be above the ground and nearing the cladding stage.

Where is this project located? I saw some building rising by the Lynx bus station area today, but I don't think that's the Dynetech Center, it's far too advanced, and it's definately not 55-West.

Another welcome addition, but by the looks of it, a little too far from the central core area.

This project is located about a block south and across the street (west) from the Vue. It's located directly behind the old Harley hotel (now the Metropolitan condos) close to Lake Eola.

ok for a litle fella.

^ Orlando has a height limit downtown because of a nearby airport which limits new buildings to less than 500 ft./ 152 meters. Nice addition to the skyline.

all that wood helping support the floor above is scary, why not use normal steel supports
