8/10..I like it. It's unique, and a nice and shiny box. I don't like the thing on top of the roof though.

7/10 - The glass curtain walls dance with the light, and the X "bracings" running up one side provide a nice contrast with the rest of the facade - and the fact that the top floors of the tower are covered with that same color of glass helps connect them to the rest of the building.

However, it's still a box, if a fairly stylish one, and that white box on top not only looks tacky, but DOESN"T blend with the rest of the building.

Nice shiny facade and I love the black crosses running up the sides which break the monotony.

It's a bland box, but it's one of the nicer ones, especially for the year it was completed, 1974. 6.5/10

Never particuarly been crazy about this one in pics or in real life.

Putting it into contect for its completion time, it was pretty adventurous.

when its boxies..the facade is almost always its remaining savior....this one seems a rather interesting contrast to me, although it does look dated. 6.5/10.

when ever I go to Tokyo I eat at the Sizzler at the base of the building. It must have been a nice building when it was built but Its a little boxy for me 5

Wow this building has a pretty good design for such and old box (1974!!)
I like the bracing and how this part's cladding constrasts with the rest. In fact the whole building's cladding is rather cool. Not bad for a box.
