There is a lot of mention about China in this forum but what about India? Is there an active relationship between India and Vietnam? What I would like to know is:

1. How is the relationship between India and Vietnam
2. What do Vietnamese think of Indians
3. What do Vietnamese think India can do that it does not
4. Are there many Indians living in Vietnam
5. Cultural similarities if any between the two countries

Well there are heaps of Indians who settled in Saigon before wwII...but all evaded, because of the wars.

My grandfather's neighbors are all Indians and Koreans! They live in Thai Van Lung street (The Hem 8A area)

Yeah my family's neighbors and friends included many Arabs, Pakistanis and Indians.
