That activity you saw on the roof was just part of a maintenance work. I contacted the developers and the architects and they both informed me that no spire will be added to the tower.

It was been like two months that they have removed the walls enclosing the complex.
The entrance can be seen from the street, the design is nice.

I passed by it yesterday, and i saw someone at the reception. Is the tower totally completed???

^^ Not it is not. If you look at the entrance area, you will see that there are still minor decorative works going on.

See the shattered glass on the 4th floor? U think it's from the recent events?!

^^ good question! too big for bullets, and too high for someone to throw something through the windows (and why only break two windows right next to each other)

hi everybody. i heard that the marina tower isnt completed yet and that the company closed everything and just stoped with the project due to the financial crisis and that the employees arent receiving their salary anymore?????? can anybody answer me if this is true because i cant believe this!

No way its already done..and units were all sold..the financial crisis hasnt affected any buildings already under construction..it may slow sales in new projects ..but Lebanon hasnt shown any signs of a slowdwn..in fact weve seen acceleration

I like beirut, but i hate the too rich arrogant people near saa7it in-nijmé! They are so arrogant and they don't care about they children, they just hire a filipinno to do the job! Where is their love for their kids? I liked the kornish more! Trablous is poor, but the people are very happy to receive you! And there is a lot of potential to renovate there! Even though the normal people on shaari3 il-7amraa2 ou Rue Verdun working in the shops are kind! Even when I was ill.

That is the main entrance of the tower. I think once all the towers are done they will revamp it all together?? I'm not sure but I read that somewhere

i understand that the marina tower is a residential tower although it would have been better if it was an hotel or a business center but what are the marina court and marina garden ? i heard once that they are malls and offices is that true ??

no impossible... it is only residential.
the projects behind marina court the Garden View and Capital Garden are residential and retail and offices.

I looking at real estate in Beirut I saw an add for Marina Towers for a 587 m2 appartment it cost $10,000 per m2. They didnt mention what floor judging by the picture it looks like its on the low levels.

as i understand the size of the apartment is 600 sq.meter and the price is
10000 USD/sq.meter. so the apartment costs 6 millions dollars. who can afford to buy this apartment, of course the wealthy gulfians and the lebanese expatriates.
that means the apartments are empty most time of the year. build instead small size apartment. the average size in Sweden is 100 sq.meter.
