if u pay attention in the finished pix there is still cranes in the background meaning their probably still building more,

i think the real pic and these renderers arent the same,the renderers is a business complex while the pics r some normal apartments

hopefully they build the rest that is to be like the renders

uve seen some real pics or been there?since i remember ur location was shiraz before i guess u have seen it urself?

these rendering pictures are from A.P.S 's next project which is supposed to be built just around Moali abad mosque.they are destroying the houses near the mosque.I hope they start the building process in the near future. this is the picture of the site in june 2009.Now most of the houses have been destroyed.

I've been to couple of flats in there. Actually some of the owners have changed the decoration and some of them has moved some partition walls. BUT they look exactly like the plans that they were supposed to look like.
