Yes, Post No.2 is the final design. Post No.3 is the mass elevation study..:)

The location isnt exactly non-highrise....well, there are some numbers of buldings around 15-20 storeys.

I think it's okay to have this highrise in that area. View from there should be nice.
The highrises near to Soi Ruamjit is Wachira hospital and Kueakarun nursing college near Sang Hii bridge.

Nice project, typically BKK style, 32 storey is quite tall and dominated though.
Where is exactly the location of the project? I am not familiar with that area.

Seems fine, at least the parking floors are hidden from the main road. It feels a little shorter than it really is, maybe because they visually group the floors together.

nothing special about the design. but i like it. :) i actually like the design in the 1st post better though.;) i am also not familiar with the area.maybe someone can show the exact location later. thanx.
