^^ You mean the wave effect on the glass panels, cause when it comes to concrete, this tower has one of the best jobs in town. The casted concrete surface is soo smooth.

Concrete works ok but just have a look the cladding when you are under the tower.

That's an old design, it was replaced with what we are seeing now years ago.

Someone should update the first page then. It is irritating.

Definitely. This is a problem around the whole WDN forums. Many threads on this forum have outdated renders in the opening post, and the most recent renders are buried on page thirty-something or worse, where nobody can ever find them without browsing through page after page for two hours.

It's not cladding.. it's construction mesh

And the tower has a slowly cladding progress.. The SZR facade side is almost complete.. but on the back.. there isn't any cladding..

Here's another view... the side facing Rose Tower finally got some glass, too - so only one side remains unclad now.
A second difference to August: there's only one crane left.

for me this building has nothing to do with the mercury city tower. al attar tower has a boring design and an awful cladding

I love Rotana Hotel!

This thing started in 2003. Even the foundation work dragged on and off for years. These guys seams to build using their own cash flow, it is the same with their other projects too.
