So this project will be built at the back of Al Awathi Towers. Skoulikimou, I think that heritage village will be more to the left. As as far as I can remember the site was to the left of the traffic signals. Furthermore, there are buildings in that circled area including the Kuwait museum of Modern Art :)

Koweitien May 24th, 2006, 02:04 AM The Kuwaiti Real Estate Company has won the tender for this project and they are about to sign the contract for this project. The project will be constructed under B.O.T. and will cost KD 53m and will take three years to complete.
So I think that this project has been approved, what do you think about that Skoulikimou ?

Skoulikimou September 18th, 2007, 07:44 PM never built??!, y is that skouli, where did u get the news from??
i don't this project is even approved , we didn't hear a thing about it for quite a while
sad isn't it :(
differences75 September 21st, 2007, 10:16 AM I know for a fact that this project was a formal competition by the government. This project is on hold for many reasons, and this is not the only project on hold btw, failaka island, and many other B.O.T. projects are on hold as well. they must move forward with the new laws to kick start many projects, this and the idiotic heritage village project.
CrazY September 21st, 2007, 11:07 PM so the BOT law will be approved for sure ?? and are they waiting for the second term of parliament
