Some Liverpool Projects completed in the lifetime of Skyscrapercity:

Beetham Tower

A 29 storey apartment tower forming part of a development by Liverpool developer Beetham as part of a complex that includes a Radisson SAS hotel and an office building.

This was the first tall building constructed by Beetham and the first tall building outside of London in the 21st century. It was the first of many towers being built or planned now in Liverpool and other British cities.

Commenced November 2001

Science Park Headquarters

Headquarters building for a university science park being developed in Edge Lane by Liverpool University and John Moores University. Building adjacent to the new stepped access to the Metropolitan Cathedral in Mount Pleasant.

Foundation Building

A development by Neptune for 60,000 square feet of office and retail accommodation on six floors on the corner of Mount Pleasant and Brownlow Hill.

The Met Quarter

An up-market shopping centre - partially a conversion of the old Central Post Office and partially a new structure. It will incorporate 147,000 sq ft of shops over two levels.
Location: Block bounded by Whitechapel, Sir Thomas Street, Victoria Street and Stanley Street.

If they're all completed, can you post some photos of them as well as the renders, it'd be interesting to see how alike the final results are to the renders.

That last building's fantastic; it's really stylish. I always think curved glass looks good which is why I love the Gherkin in London. This is enhanced by the parts that jut out: they really complement the dark glass and give the building some quirky individuality.
