yes, the neighborhood is not good at the moment....if you are willing to wait 10 years it might be good, but I would rather go for more central districts (Pathumwan Lumpini) or (Bangrak etc.) at the moment...

Honestly, I can look at the location from a very bad point of view...

You you have a running down public flat infront of you with a size of slum beyond, an 12 lanes most-of-the day gridlock express-way running on your right with a very jammed old-shophouses on your left....lol

OR

You have a tremendous panoramic park view from Lumpini Park of your left as wide as you can see to your right at the Lake Ratchada, also a very beautiful River view running along your back. Expressway is only few mins away (w/out making a u-turn..lol) and Subway stations surrounding you...hehe

yes, when you are in the tower the views and open feeling will be great!!

but once you step out into that area :ohno:

you want BOTH to be great right? :yes:

Amanta's location is not so bad but whats astonishing is every room has that unblocked view and some will have lumpini park's view...very high potential for this project
