Does anyone think this will ever happen? Its meant to be build next to the M1 near Staverly. Apparently they need another £750,000. It was supposed to be built in 2005.

interesting! i went to a lecture about this while i was at chesterfield college in 2003. i hadn't heard anything about it since but it looked quite cool at the time. they had a lot of ideas about how the attraction would lead to more investment and jobs in the local area which can only be a good thing. i remember getting a sample of the metal they intend to clad it with and that was very cool. it had a strange double depth to it and it changed colour depending on what angle you viewed it from.
but in answer to your question, no i don't think it will happen.
hella good

this is a really cool project... its a shame it isnt closer to sheffield, it would make a great landmark and tourist attraction!

I like it. Shame it's not in Yorkshire.
