Koweitien May 8th, 2006, 03:00 PM Thanks for that. I always told you guys that there's a lot of construction in Mahboula but no one believed me :) There seems to be more Residential Towers coming up at the moment than Office Towers eventough we have a high demand for Office Towers.

Budget: $28 million
Scope of work: The project calls for the design and construction of two, 12-storey residential towers, a car park, shops, gymnasiums and health clubs covering a total development area of 7,950 sq m. and offering a built-up area of 25,000 sq m. The project will form part of the Mahaboola development scheme in Kuwait.
Status: The main contractor was scheduled for appointment and January with expected take two years to complete.
