This small and humble area of the capital city is now fast becoming the trendiest and finest place for fine-dining and nightlife. Privately funded project, managed by Asian Heritage Row and fully endorsed by the city hall and Sheraton Imperial Hotel, their main objectives are to preserves and restores the forgotten and abandoned pre-war residences along the strip into its former glory and turning the neighborhood into distinctively gastronomical and nightlife heaven.

More colonial buildings are given their new makeover along with their new possessors, club and restaurant owners.

Unlike contemporary and ever popular Bangsar, Hartamas and Jln Sultan Ismail strip, this part of the capital city is obviously under rated or unheard especially among visitors. With its colonial and pre-war architecture, Asian Heritage Row will surely charm any visitors and locals alike. :)

After viewing these photos, it seems like the decision to scale down the Four Seasons Centre tower might be a good one.

A slight shorter tower would give a more balance and even skyline surrounding that area.

Guys, get up to 5th floor swimming pool at Pearl International (Old Klang Road)... You would see a different view of KL's suburbs... It's amazing. I didnt bring my camera along that day :(Don't think you need a key/card to go up there. Just pretend you're a hotel guest :D)

I think it is called the "Empire Tower". I think it is by Jalan Tun Razak and where the Toy's r US is located. Not to far from Ampang Park LRT station.

KL seems very western.

The restoration on that boardwalk is very pretty. Very high-end.

This is a nice view, mountain backdrop... KL is picturesque indeed. :) I remember reading a few times that as a city, KL has good Feng Shui apparently.

Mont Kiara's skyline look impressive from afar,but looks very cramped on the ground,not my kind of neighbourhood.

Well, it's not really cramped, compared to those condos in Hong Kong. But then again, its a matter of personal preference. :) A lot of people find this place very appealing.
