what isnt there going to to a Park !!! why it is called Beirut Parks if there is no parks with the Complex

Maybe because it is on or close to the park, look at the map on the renderings, theres a park near there

The word "Parks" in the title is in reference to the fact that it is an office park which is another way of saying office complex. It doesn't mean park in the sense of a green natural place to relax and take walks in.

There are also industrial parks, you can probably guess what they are.

Passed by it a few days ago. It's coming up nicely.

It also probably has something to do with the location being on Park Avenue.

what does this project cost ?

i thought there was gonna be a park :)
we need more parks in beirut. i found a park in hidden in the middle of the highway in byblos. it was like a a sperator hidden with tall tress in between the cars...(we litteraly had to run across the highway to get into it.) but when we got in there was a park..even a snak guy. does anyone else know of this park?

theres a few places near jdedeh. but they are not full parks

Berytus Parks seems to be almost finished. There are some works going around the building. Soon they'll finish...

^^ I agree... I would have expected them to be done with the exterior by now.

^^ lol you guys always seem to forget that the inside counts more then the outside, I think most of the towers are being completed from inside so the people that bought whatever they did get it in time, and then they could finish the exterior whenever they wish to

lol,the point is they can finish the outside so easily,why not just doing this.i mean,it's almost done,why not completely done???????

^^ cuz the insssssssssssssside counts more, lol jeeeez, you know 2 month behind is difficult to catch up so thats why they are concertrating more on the inside, I mean what happened if the people that bought an apartment and he is suppose to move on the 10th of november, but they finished the OUTSIDE instead of the INSIDE, what will he do??? Live on the streets till they finish it lol, thats why for the builders its more important from the inside so they dont lose any buyers w wla

^^ Well yes, this is my birthday gift :)

As for the status of the building, almost complete. Still some works going at the corner and the back. As you may realise, there are lights turned on (inside the building)

^^ Looks like it needs more work on the inside...

Its nice to see that parking lot full!
