Over a hundred meters high, this unique pair of residential towers is located in the heart of Achrafieh on one of Beirut's highest points. The Atomium 5242 will command spectacular panoramic views over all of the capital, the sea and the Mount Lebanon range.

Within walking distance from Sassine Square, Abdel Wahab El Inglizi, and Monot Street restaurants, the towers will also be adjacent to a wide array of shopping facilities, supermarkets, schools, and movie theaters as well as hospitals.

The Atomium 5242 will offer spacious apartments of around 525 square meters each, with an outdoor swimming pool set in lush landscaped ground floor gardens. Over 3 500 square meters of private outdoor space will be carefully planted and will include water features, adding to the buildingıs serene environment whilst providing safe playing grounds for its children.

Each tower is entirely independent and has 26 apartments (one per landing) serviced by three high speed elevators (one for freight and service), a full back up power system and the highest safety standards (fire, seismic, etc.).
Two exceptional 1000 square meter penthouses with four and a half meter ceiling heights will top the two buildings, each enjoying breathtaking 360° views and private gardens.

The Atomium 5242 offers the distinctive luxury of quiet and comfortable living in the very heart of the city. The stone clad twins will have a memorable silhouette that will leave its slender and elegant signature on the Beirut skyline.

The main balcony is over four and a half meters deep with a flush surrounding planter. The living room and the master bedroom each have a floor-to-ceiling glass bay window, taking full advantage of the sea views to the North (shaded façade). The ceiling height exceeds three meters in the living and sleeping spaces throughout.

The design of the structure allows for good flexibility to adjust the layout of each apartment individually in order to match the buyer's specific needs.
Additionally, each apartment comes with three car parking spaces, one driver/storage room, and an individual heating/cooling system. Each apartment has its own private cabin next to the pool area exclusively reserved for its owners.

Well, maybe! Although I cannot confirm it. But it is indeed in the Ashrafieh region. It is more close to Sodeco Square.

is it on the oposit side of the underpass near spinnys?
According to the pic posted above, I guess that's not the case, but not sure maybe you are right.
This building is near Rizk Hospital or Chilis restaurant. (Always from the location I see from the pic).

This building is already finished.

I remember when it was nearing its completition when I visited Beirut back in 2003.
