I don't see any tall buildings near by the project so it will be very dominated. Its design is quite cool and nice.

Looks more or less like an office tower. Simple, clean, glassy and with vertical lines. I like!!!

I believe this one was cancelled...I'm guessing because it didn't meet the set-back rules and exceeded the FAR regulations for that part of town (?)...it's a very thin slice of land...anyone know anything better?

I think it's cancelled not delayed - that's what Chad said. I can't see how you can do that height on soi 18: if anything it'll probably be something like the Clover next door...
