The building is amazing. 40 feet of glass for a crown, insanely spectacular! You should see the Bang & Olffson guy do the smart apartment presentation. Each Jade Ocean apartment has it's own IP address. Set up your RZR phone to your apartment and you can open your curtains, set the temperature, adjust the soundsystem anywhere in the world from your cell phone.
I have never seen anything like it...anywhere.
