เมื่อเวลา 10.40 น. วันที่ 27 มกราคม ร.ต.ท.คมกฤษ โพธิ์ศรี พนักงานสอบสวน (สบ 1) สน.พญาไท รับแจ้งเหตุมีคนงานถูกแผ่นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปขนาดใหญ่ร่วงหล่นทับจนเสียชีวิต ภายในโครงการวิลล่า ราชเทวี คอนโดมิเนียม ถนนพญาไท แขวงทุ่งพญาไท เขตราชเทวี จึงรายงานผู้บังคับบัญชาทราบ แล้วรุดไปตรวจสอบที่เกิดเหตุพร้อม พ.ต.อ.จิรภัทร โพธิ์ชนะพันธ์ ผกก.สน.พญาไท

ที่เกิดเหตุเป็นอาคารสูง 45 ชั้น อยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้าง บริเวณด้านข้างตัวอาคาร พบศพนางสุบรรณ มุกขกัง อายุ 42 ปี อยู่บ้านเลขที่ 13 หมู่ 5 ต.คูสะคาม อ.วานรนิวาศ จ.สกลนคร คนงานก่อสร้างของบริษัท ไทยนากาโน จำกัด สภาพศพสวมเสื้อยืดคอกลมแขนยาวสีน้ำเงิน นุ่งกางเกงลูกฟูกขายาวสีดำ ถูกแท่นปูนหล่นทับจนสภาพร่างกายแหลกเหลว แขนขาเละฉีกขาดออกจากร่างกาย มันสมองแตกกระจัดกระจายทั่วบริเวณ มีผู้บาดเจ็บ 2 ราย คือ น.ส.น้ำฝน นิ่มแก้ว อายุ 23 ปี ได้รับบาดเจ็บบริเวณสันหลัง และ น.ส.วันดี ศรีบุญเรือง อายุ 34 ปี นอนเป็นลมหมดสติ จึงรีบนำตัวส่งโรงพยาบาลเดชา


จากการสอบสวน นายไกรสุวรรณ ปฏิตังโข อายุ 18 ปี พนักงานก่อสร้างที่เห็นเหตุการณ์ ให้การว่า ก่อนเกิดเหตุตนกับผู้ตาย และเพื่อนรวม 8 คน กำลังทำงานถอนตะปูอยู่ในบริเวณที่เกิดเหตุ จากนั้นก็ได้ยินเสียงมีวัตถุขนาดใหญ่ตกลงมาจากที่สูง ก่อนจะได้ยินเสียงดังโครม หลังจากนั้น ก็พบว่า ผู้ตายถูกแผ่นคอนกรีตทับร่างเสียชีวิตดังกล่าว

ด้าน ร.ต.ท.คมกฤษ กล่าวว่า สอบสวนทราบว่า ขณะที่พนักงานของบริษัทรับเหมาก่อสร้างกำลังทำการเชื่อมแผ่นคอนกรีตสำเร็จรูปขนาดใหญ่ กว้าง 120 ซ.ม. ยาว 150 ซ.ม. ความหนา 20 ซ.ม. น้ำหนักประมาณ 800 กิโลกรัม เพื่อยึดติดเข้ากลับตัวอาคารชั้นที่ 20 ทำให้แผ่นคอนกรีตที่มีขนาดใหญ่และน้ำหนักเกือบตัน ได้หลุดจากเหล็กเส้นที่ยึดติดกับพื้นของอาคารบริเวณชั้นที่ 21 ที่ใช้สำหรับแขวนสลิงเพื่อประคองแผ่นคอนกรีตในการเชื่อมต่อ ทำให้แผ่นคอนกรีตล่วงหล่นลงมาทับคนงานจนได้รับบาดเจ็บและเสียชีวิตดังกล่าว อย่างไรก็ตาม จะเรียกพนักงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้องมาทำการสอบสวนเพื่อหาข้อเท็จจริง โดยหากพบว่ามีสาเหตุมาจากการกระทำโดยความประมาทก็จะดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายต่อไป

That could be such an interesting space without the AWFUL annoying adverts that run all the time. I went to see the free outdoor showing of "Shine a Light" by Martin Scorcese there last year, and it was ruined by the greedy/stupid advertisers who would not turn the LED screens off even though they were brighter than the giant cinema screen underneath it!!!!

They decided to cancel the service apartment and convert it into condominium, Villa Rachatewi Phase 2. Reason is still a bit unclear for me and other customers. We're asking for better explanation.

There will be 148 units and most of them are studio type.
Presale starting on 1st August exclusively for Villa Rachatewi customers.

A lot of discussions are going on here, if you can read Thai.

that is a BIG negative I think...ALOT more condo owners (148 condo studios!!! added to the already existing condo wing), more use and strain on condo central facilities, too crowded with permanant residents....(to change that plan after buying would not make me happy :down: ...I was real close to getting two little duplexes to join together for visitor use 'cause it was so close to airport link terminal...and was kinda sorry I passed.....now am OK that I passed on it......)....

a hotel or serviced apt would be better, just transient stays using separate facilities, probably higher quality maintenance and style (providing good example of maintance to condo meetings and condo manager company)....hotel services for condo owners (like condo rental sharing programs, room service, club use, discounts at hotels restaurants and meeting areas), cooler brand name association, source of possible customers for condo rentals, etc. etc. etc.

เมื่อวันก่อนนั่งรถผ่านหน้าตึก รู้สึกว่ามันใหญ่โตเอามาก แบบว่าใหญ่รองมาจาก State tower กับ The Met เลยครับ มีตนไม้ปลูกทั่วตึกนี้ก็ดีเลยล่ะครับ ดูเปนแบบ Nature in town ดี อิอิ

เฟส 2 ของโครงการนี้เป็นโซนเซอวิซอพาร์ทเม้นส่วนข้างหน้าครับ มันแยกกับโซนเรซิเดนซ์อ่ะครับเท่าที่ทราบมา อิอิ

ตอนนี้เฟสสองเป็น Residence แล้วครับ

อ่าวเปลี่ยนแล้วเหรอ 5555 แต่ทำไมมันยังมีติดปัญหาแบบใช้พวก Facility รวมกับทางเฟส 1 ไม่ได้อ่ะครับ หรือว่าแก้ไขแล้วหรือว่ายังไงหรอครับ ช่วยสงเคราะห์ข้อมูลที อิอิ

Is the front part of Villa Ratchatewi not a hotel/serviced apt???

Im actually not sure about that, but I`ve noticed that not many of the apartments in phase 2 (front part) is inhabited.
