Nice buildings, but too tall and spread out, hasn't got the right form yet. Is this planned to become something much bigger? If it is, then it's a work in progress and should get a lot better, otherwise, looks a bit silly.

Skyline looks unfocused. Buildings are to far appart to appear as a whole. Shame... 5.5/10 because the metro is uge eventhough it's just a suburb.

9/10.bcz its my home city! im so surprise that there is thread 4 chiba which is not even being in the topic in japan.btw,those makuhari skyline is bit away from down town chiba..
thats why makuhari bay town is nice to live! try to search about makuhari baytown..modern but so few people around there exept when there is an event.sometimes feel ghost town at night.by the way thay got man made seaside there!
down town chiba where many people passes is where that hang monorail passes..which u can c many but mostly lowrice 10floor like buildings..
anyway i was not able to c the monorail pics here.y cant it view?
