I was just thinking your opinions if we should have another moderator just for the Qatar forum since there are many things that should be corrected or changed.

Guys, if you dont mind I would love to be one-- if of course anyone doesn't mind. Qatari4Ever, Dave, Salman, MellianiL, Wakrawi, Omar, ZX, you have been here a looong time too-- and if anyone of you guys will step up, its okay. You are all like my brothers so you can object of couse or agree. I dont mind.

I dunno but I think Ive been here the longest, not just in the Qatar sub-forum, but before when the mideast subforum would get one or two threads a week. Personally, I don't want it even though I was never offered. Too much effort and time. Besides am one of the ppl who would probably be banned sooner than later.

I say who ever wants to be a mod better nominate himself. He needs to make sure he has enough time in his day to spend at least a good half hour in the forum monitoring and orginzing. I also prefer it to be a person that isn't very active in the social debates and non-skyscraper topics. This way we can assure he would be objective. Maybe not even Qatari, get one of the newer leb folks or bahraini spirit to be mod.

Another thing I really like to believe that all the members active in group qatar are mature, infact the most mature of all thus we should not need anyone monitering what we say to each other...

I agree with you about the fact that the mod should have "some" free time.

However, as Halawala mentioned earlier the mod will organize the threads and stuff like that. Not for monitoring them...

I thought we could discuss how to make this work as this forum obviously needs sticky'ing, merging, deleting...etc
