Hello to all Havannaneses.....especially to my future neighbour(s)...my husband and I bought - a unit on 31st floor too. :)

We reside in Oxford and sadly will miss the activities/committee events scheduled for the coming week(s).

As we are 13,000-ish miles away, and news from our developer are not forthcoming, we were wondering whether anyone know about the CF's date? I read somewhere - as early as Oct and as late as February 2007.

We welcome any comments and updates on Havanna ....including photos too please....

I really appreciate his, yours and few others with their constant updating about Seri Maya (and other threads in the forum) for the last six months, it's really sad to see this thread coming to a close ( I hope not!) and the regular comical conversations (which I viewed mostly everyday) amongst current residents.

Since joining, I feel that I am one of your neighbour though Savanna will be awhile yet. It is nice getting to know few personality and characters in Seri Maya so I hope this Seri Maya's threads continues..

IN THIS REGARD, WE SEEK ALL RESIDENT’S CO-OPERATION TO SIGN OUR PETITION TO JABATAN LANSKAP, MPAJ SO AS TO PUT IN MORE WEIGHT IN EXPEDITING THE PROCESSING OF OUR APPLICATION.

THE PETITION WILL BE PLACE AT THE GUARDHOUSE STARTING FROM TUESDAY (18/07/2006) TO WEDNESDAY (26/07/2006) FOR YOUR SIGNATORY.

Yes, two pools between savanna and havanna. one a big pool and another apparently a play pool with jacuzzi features ala lanai pool type but something new ... salt water pool!

New condo coming up not 24 but 20, swimming pool not facing Jelatek but probably roof top pool !!! cool!! Others can't confirm but definitely more expensive than SM.
