Liz L April 28th, 2003, 11:16 PM 7.5/10 - sure it's a box, but it's one of the better boxes I've seen in awhile - the contrast between the windows and the stone (or concrete) of the rest of the facade relieves the monotony; so do the windowless sections, the "ridges" in the stone or concrete, the shapes of the windows (that "diamond" effect is especially effective), and the chamfered corners.
However, the flat, antenna-cluttered roof isn't too inspiring, and the stone or concrete could have used a livelier texture and/or color.
Overall, though, not bad at all...

I think this is an ugly building, and the dull colour doesn't help. It's tall and quite slim though.
